We have an awesome Bootcamp at Iron House run by Felicia of Discover Fitness! There isn't a lot of running, mostly body weight exercises. Sometimes kettle bells, bosus and TRX incorporated. It is Monday and Thursday evenings 7-8 pm. You should come check it out Alicia!

We don't specifically have a boot camp class on the schedule but we have a tabatas class which is a High Intensity Interval Training class as well as kickboxing circuit class too. let me know if you have any questions. My kids loved Stillwood when they were of the age to go to camp. My daughter also went to Green Bay Bible camp in West Kelowna and Timberline Camp in Maple Ridge because I won them on an auction site. She enjoyed them but not as much as Stillwood.

If you type 'summer camps' in the search bar for this page (Left side of the page) someone asked this question on the page not long ago, and got lots of answers. I know of a few Camp Stillwood, Camp Squeah, Camp Kawkawa and one on the island called Camp Potlatch.
