We went to Antigua for years. The beaches are clean and white and the water is warm and inviting. Haven't been to Jolly Beach in years but it was always a party hotel. We used to stay at Halycon Cove Hotel. Gorgeous beach. Next door to Sandals. The island has many fine restaurants. Taxis can take you throughout the island. The weather is great in the winter, very hot in the summer. There are many fine hotels on the island, depends on what you are looking for. My parents owned a home for many years and we always felt comfortable driving around the island.
