Bliss Spa at the W in Hoboken is awesome but if you can't even make it to the light rail, Serenity Day Spa on Grand is also lovely (though small). I really enjoyed my massage there.

Omg that is a great idea - I have been feeling the exact same way. I have a membership at Massage Envy right off the Harsimus Cove stop - ask for Annette for your service. She will have you feeling like a new person.
