Monica Schmitt Anderson Welcome to town I've been a member of Spa 23 on & off for about 20 something years (the only reason I was not was when I wasn't living locally) -- they offer great programs & It's a good facility-- if you don't get caught up in the drama that some of the members create (it can be very "cliquey") it's a good gym-- I find the best times to go if you aren't taking classes are between 10 am- 2/3pm weekdays and anytime in the afternoon on weekends-- I don't have kids but my friends use it they like it but if you go over your 2 hour limit they come looking for you-- Ps I've grown up here in town & it's a great place to raise kids- I'm here almost 40 yrs now (I don't count the times I moved away)

Cynthia Valero, yes, the woman who runs it seems very nice and capable. Although there were SO many kids in there today. The sign out front said something about Riverdale Gold's... Are they closing?
