VIP Animal Hospital in Elizabeth. Dr.Tony. Trust me on this. He is genuine and extremely knowledgeable. He won't run up thousands of dollars in bills. He treats your pet as if it was his own. It's not a fancy office and that's okay because the care is better than any I've experienced locally. He works with domestic and exotic animals and attended vet school with many of our local practicing vets but provides the same care at 1/2 the cost because he wants it to be accessible.

ST. George's Vet hospital. I had a diabetic cat that was 18.5 years old which is unheard of. They took really great care. When I went to Hawaii on vacation. They took of him. They are in the Colonia/WOODBRIDGE AREA. Across the street from the colonia dairy ice cream shop.

I travel to brick but Dr Delehey is the best. Her name is Dr Makowski and her husband works with her. He's a vet also. If she doesn't know something she will investigate to find info on it. My cats are both diabetics she cares for. And my dog and my last dog.

This week I switched vets due to a recommendation here and it was amazing! 4 Paws was so great and so affordable! Highly recommend dr Sweeney! We switched from Lexington Animal Hospital in Clark. They were very abrupt and sooo expensive!

I do go to them and agree the prices are extreme! But i love Dr.Day.. and Go only for illnesses I know I can only trust Dr. Day For. As far as wellness shots, I just go to people for animals in Hillside.

I used to go to Westfield Vet group too and left for the same reasons basically. They were going to charge me $550 to neuter a 12 lb chihuahua ---I switched to Animal Hospital of Linden -much more compassionate and understanding. And she only charged me $230 to neuter my chihuahua. BIG difference from Westfield

Dr. H at Linden veterinary hospital on Wood Avenue is amazing!! She truly loves the animals ! A friend of mine recommended me to her and now she is the only vet that I would go to!! I have recommended her to everyone and everyone who goes there has come back to me and told me that they love her!! I went in for a sick visit, got five prescriptions, she cut my dogs nails and it was only $140. If this was Lexington Animal Hospital I can bet it would be over $400!!

Does everyone know that Petco has Love My Pets come every other weekend, usually a Sunday, and their prices are phenomenal for immunizations!

Thomas, please try Dr. Orange at Lexington Animal Hospital in Clark. He is of a certain age and none of us know how long he will remain in practice, but he is the REAl DEAL. People say he is "rough around the edges, but that is not true. He is GENUINE. He gives it to you like it is and on top of that, has a wonderful sense of humor. If you're looking for a true veterinarian who has the best interest of the animal at heart, you would be doing yourself an injustice to not try him.

Dr. Orange was very kind and compassionate to both my dogs when we needed a vet in a hurry and we were switching vets. We called him when both of our dogs fell suddenly very ill and they urged us to come immediately and saw us that day. Both my husband and I were shocked by how affordable the visits were, and how reasonable the cost of the prescriptions were as well. With two dogs sick at the same time, and with the uncertainty of going to a new vet, we were relieved and pleasantly surprised by how comfortable Dr. Orange and the whole staff at Lexington Animal Hospital made us feel.

Dr Hordynsky over at The Animal Hospital of Linden is very good AND has the most reasonable rates around. I do dog rescue and have been to every vet in the local area. Just don't go to Clark Vet.

I just dropped a dog off at the Animal Hospital of Linden and overheard them quoting a price for a dental on a cat that was extremely reasonable (like almost half what I know other places charge). I dont want to say it here because I don't know if it was a rescue price but maybe call them and ask the cost. She has an excellent reputation. 908 925-0431.

I have gone to Lexington for years with both my dogs. Very caring staff, especially during difficult visits. Dr Orange will consult with specialists when needed but does not try to inflate your bill.

Dr.Orange is the best Vet I have been to, highly recommended by all law enforcement and their canine units.

Took my dog, a rescue, to Dr. Orange, to have his teeth cleaned. He needed six teeth pulled. He explained that teeth may have to be pulled before he did it, etc. My bill was a lot less, than a friend who had a similar experience over in Kenilworth, and was "not" told about it before hand.

Dr. Orange has terrible bed side manner with humans, but is good with pets. I personally did not like the way he treated my dog, so I went to Westfield.

I like Dr. Orange very much, but he is by himself there. He is a very loving veterinarian, but when my cat was very ill he was unable to see her. I would definitely trust him, but we are between vets at this time and have been going to the 24 clinic in Iselin in the interim. I think I am going to look for a group.

When we had our dog we went to Westfield Vet on Springfield ave. I believe now they have 24 hr but when we went 3 years ago they are open 7 days til T least 9 pm. Made it easy if u are working. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable

Westfield Animal Hospital is located on South Ave, East in Westfield, NJ. The hospital cares for dogs, cats, birds and exotic animals. It is a full service medical. Dr Lumis and his staff are great! Do not mix this with others called "Westfield". They are not associated with Dr. Lumis. We also use them for boarding our dog.

I agree with Martha. DO NOT GO TO CLARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL (near Rahway Hospital). When I adopted my dog, we wanted to get her checked out right away just in case. I made it a point to want prescriptions for medications because I wanted to be able to shop for them online. They said 'no problem, we completely understand' When I get the bill, they had added the medication to the bill. When I asked about the prescription, they said they made a mistake and could not remove the medication from my bill. They also told me things about my dog that were completely untrue.

Dr Frantz at Fanwood Animal Hospital has done dental work on both of our cats. Specifically, had to remove quite a few due to gum disease. Always did a great job. Cats are doing great.

Dr Fuerst of Kenilworth Boulevard vet clinic. One of my seniors has always had teeth issues. Abscesses and such. Recently he became full gumby lol While in surgery he noticed an issue with his bone and once again saved our Big Boi's life.

Did you ask Garden State Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Iselin? They are now under ownership of Garden State Specialists of Tinton Falls.. They just don't do emergency visits they have specialist that come in for appointments for different things.
