I like Pete's New York Barber shop on Belcher and 142 nd (1 block north of Ulmerton on Belcher). They have 4-5 Barbers there at a time, take walkins and do mean almost exclusively. A standard haircut is $14 and they'll shave your neck / clean up eyebrows etc. http://petesnewyorkbarber.com/
