My guy is Tommy Johnson at Atomic in Clearwater. He's done three coverups on me and we're working on the fourth. I love him. Can PM photos tomorrow if you want.

We go over to Ybor City Tattoo Company specifically to see Ed Powell. Phone is 727.667.4022. I think all the artists that work there are great, but I have only had work done by Ed. He used to work out of Clearwater, but moved to Ybor and is good enough to follow. If you are looking to have portrait work done, go see Mike Sizemore at Kill em All.

Check out a place on Central near St Pete Beach called 13 Arrows Tattoo. Pepper is the artist there and owns the shop. She does great work. Check Yelp for reviews too.

Anybody know of a good tattoo artist that can do good cover up's?

Check with Quinn@Vintage Ink on Enterprise & McMullen-Booth

Chris Lombardi American standards. He's in npr but the guy is fucking awesome. I think he may even specialize in cover ups cause everyone I ever seen him do come out amazing including mine.
