She is out of Chicago and has written a book- Nutrition for Endurance Athletes- You could probably just get her book but if you want someone to put something together for you then she can create meal plans for you.

I do video gait and running evaluations at my physical therapy clinic in North Royalton. Based on the evaluation I will assign corrective exercises and make the appropriate gait/running recommendations. It is generally covered under your medical insurance. I did one at a running store in Columbus but they just wanted to sell custom inserts. I liked the Cleveland Clinic Sports. It was video with analysis of weak running muscles and exercises for those muscles.
Going insane right now... in pain... on a serious note does anyone recommend a masseuse, physical therapist, and a regular therapist... right now I can't deal

Not sure where you live, but I have a fabulous Physical Therapist at University Hospital.. Her name is Yazmin Torres...Highly recommend her. She has fixed me up several times:)
Need recommendation for physical therapist. Located between Avon and Lakewood. Would be for tracking/ it band (doctor has very specific things I need done)..
