Separation anxiety can come on suddenly. I agree more exercise will help, but seeking a professional behaviorist may be in order. Cat Naber with Cat's Canine Academy is an excellent behaviorist that comes to your home to help fix problem behaviors. I u sed her, have known her 14 years and highly recommend her. Separation anxiety needs to be handled very carefully in order to avoid making it worse. Our behavior towards or around the dogs can trigger anxiety and even make it worse.
