Unfortunately, Clintonville does not have any "mainstream" furniture stores like you would find out towards the suburbs. My suggestion would be to either seek out a fellow redditor with a truck or budget in the cost of delivery when shopping around. Depending on the store, you might be able to negotiate free delivery. EDIT: I guess it would help if we know if you're looking for new/used and/or what kind of budget you have.

One protip: if you get anything from craigslist, or any second hand stores, clean that shit. Bed bugs are bad in Columbus. I don't know any stores with good, cheap furniture.

It's not thrift store cheap or anything, and I believe they do free delivery or it wasn't much more. The store itself isn't in Clintonville but they will deliver to there. It's now called 'Fifty Off Outlet' on Sawmill road. Though it's still supplied by Front Room. I've bought my Bed, nightstand, dresser, couch, and coffee table from them and everything has worked out great.
