I bought a rectangular 17 gallon Coleman Xtreme cooler (I do 10 gallon batches) and made my screen out of 1/2" CPVC covered in 3/4" Stainless Steel braided water line sheath with marine grade SS hose clamps with a 1/2" ball valve...works great and was cheaper than buying one. Go to Wal-Mart.com and check. They usually have great prices on coolers at this time of the year.

Bargainfittings.com. is where I bought all my fittings great price and all stainless with fast shipping. Before I switched to BIAB I used a 48 quart cooler for my mash tun with a home made cpvc manifold that worked well.

Buckeye BrewCraft has the bulkhead or the whole assembly - which includes the ball valve and barb! Assembly is $30. Bulkhead alone is $12.25!
