Unfortunately a trainer, or working out somewhere like Cross Fit is going to cost you a couple Hundred a month. Yoga and Pilates are good, but the changes your wanting to see in your body, your not going to solely get from them. I wish our schedules were very similar. If you ever have any evenings available let me know!
