I had to write WCA on line. But they just sent a nasty reply. Telling me I was late on my bill. But I wasn't, call office had to leave message on Mgr. recording he called back and we got it all straightened out. That was 2 years age when they were on Butara. They are even worse sense moving on 249. Two months after speaking with Mgr. John Walker 281-789-1987 is was back to the same thing . I just gave up.... Ugh !! So wish I could find another trash company myself. The office personnel is very rude and I really don't think they know what they are talking about. Its horrible, I know I have way over paid my trash bill on more that one occasion. But I have to have trash pick up, You might want to try the number for Mr. Walker 281-789-1987. If he is still there GOOD LUCK
