We are a senior couple and pay $322.10 per month with BUPA for Top Hospital with $250 each excess per year and our choice of four extras. This will go up to $340.90 per month on 1 st April this year. We struggle to pay it and have thought to opt out, BUT end of November 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer which required a lot of tests, biopsies, and two surgeries and we were still out of pocket $10,000. But imagine the cost if we were not covered!
