Please say exactly this to your GP and ask (do not wait to be offered - ask) for a care plan. This will entitle you to access to both a dietician (I recommend Shane Jeffrey - he's in Brisbane but excellent and recommended by the Eating Disorders Assoc Qld) and also a psychologist and - depending on your age you might want to go to https://www.facebook.com/554946361193110 Headspace Southport who are superb.

Katie at Go Vita at the Isle of Capri store is amazing...she has quite a few diplomas & is amazing to listen to with her knowledge. It doesn't cost anything to ask her what she suggests & then you just buy the products. I was seeking advice for something & she did go into Cortisol & Serotonin aspects & the minerals etc that can help. She will also explain in depth how certain minerals & vitamins work for everything you want to know. Good luck!
