GP Approved Health Care. In saying that, it is worth every cent to get an excellent speech therapist. I can't say enough about how my boys have been (still being) helped. To make it worthwhile also look online at the activities/apps you can do at home to help make the therapy work & minimise the cost. The more work you do at home the quicker he'll be out

There are lots of great speech pathologists on the Gold Coast and I'm not allowed to recommend anyone specific. But check out the lists of GC speech pathologists and choose who would suit you and your family the best. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ln1 kjc9 otot3 gjh/AAC99 akexPBirym6 pWPo3P58 a the list is on the therapy matters website. http://therapymatters.com.au/Links.aspx

Optimal Communications in Southport are great for speech. And ECDP is definitely a great step in the right direction, not only for the support and learning he'll have access to there, but the guidance and reporting you'll receive from staff there will also be very beneficial in both the long and short term.
