I have no local recommendations, only my heartfelt prayers. My mom had ALS. I understand your struggles. (she was in IL and was enrolled in Chicago Area ALS Assoc and she was in hospice -- it's not only for last days-- they provided nursing care and respite help!!). God Bless Your Family!

Sending love and prayers. My mom and grandmother both passed for ALS. My mom got help from the local ALS Association. They helped with wheel chairs, supplies, I believe she was just about to get a speaking computer before she passed. My heart goes out to you, it was hard to watch my mom and no one really understands until you experience it. I’ll be praying for you both.
