“Lots of Furniture” in the Dallas Design District is a fantastic place that keeps chugging away as the area has gotten outrageously expensive.

Hit up some of the old, small towns on the edge of DFW, there's usually one or two shops in each of them. Cleburne, Ennis, Palmer, Ferris, Corsicana, Kaufman, Terrell, Decatur, etc. It'd be a helluva drive but you never know what you'll find on top of what you're looking for

If you don't mind the drive to Ft. Worth, I would suggest going to Montgomery Street Antique Mall. I was able to get a mid-century modern sideboard & bad ass 8X8 70's inspired circle rug for under the price of ONE piece of furniture from Lula B's or the Design District. ;)
