It says the very corner is A. Russell, which is my gg grandfather, and J. Lundy Est. is the other one, and he was my ggg grandfather.

Here is a little clip from the book The Lundy Family and Their Descendants, which describes the original purchase of that corner. Both lots must have been considered "the corner" originally.
