ped or adult? Dr. Pace's group is the only peds office in BG and they take Medicaid insurance but I'm not sure about CareSource since it's more a Toledo/Lucas Co based insurance. As for adults, there are no dentist in BG that takes any form of medicaid. Eye doctor, Try premiere Vision group, Dr Brujic and Archer-they take Buckeye, Paramount, etc but again, I don't know about Caresource. You can also call NWOH dental Center. They are located downtown Toledo however they have a mobile unit that comes to the health department and they accept CareSource. They do adults, not sure about kids. Hope that helps

Stanton is the place that screwed up my RX's. I see Dr. Fenton at Stahl (He is at VisionMakers too which costs less) and get my glasses from Optical Fashion Center. They're pretty inexpensive.

Vision Makers on Woodman is great. We see the doctor that owns that over at Stahl (but Stahl is his part-time job and it's expensive). Avoid the WalMart or Kroger folks...they're inept. Also we had trouble with the place on Fairfield that claims glasses in an hour or something....wrong RX twice!!!!!

My wife worked for Dr. Heath Gilbert at Dayton Optometric Center in Kettering, behind the Shell on Far Hills and Stroop. Very reasonable.
