Dr Rust has operated on my husband 3 times. Once was for a severe ingrown toenail. Twice for bone spurs in his toes. Last year my mom, my two daughters, myself and my granddaughter all had broken feet and he treated all of us. He also was my dad's doctor when he was alive.

Wow, Y'all!!! Thanks so much!!! Looking like it will be Dr. Rust. I know Tony Tacco personally (from years ago) but haven't even heard mention of him!!! If Christmas wasn't 11 days away, I'd go Monday!!! It's killing me!!!
Holly G. replied:
Also he is very conservative in his treatments. I couldn't get my daughter in quickly once and took my daughter to another one who wanted her to have surgery. Went to Dr Rust for a second opinion and he said that surgery is one option but that he could do more conservative if she was willing to take longer to heal. We opted on the conservative method and very glad we did. She healed perfectly.
Holly G. replied:
Dr Rust can normally get you in quickly. Wouldn't it be better for a little soreness with recovery than to go through the whole holiday with pain? Go for it.
Sandra M. replied:
My experience with Dr McDonough and ingrown is that he will remove the ingrown part of nail, if necessary he will then remove nerve beneath ingrown so that pain does nor reoccur, you the go to Nancy at Emerald Nail Spa for Pedicure once a month and she continues the upkeep on your feet, she is the best in town as are her girls.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the two Doctors McDonough on Granada in Ormond Beach. (Husband and wife team.) I have several operations on feet by them. I think they are excellent and the office is very kind and friendly.

Wife just had foot surgery on the 16 th. Very happy so far with the results. She used Hilaree Milliron with Atlantic Foot and Ankle. They have offices in Port Orange, Daytona and Palm Coast. She is very personable.
