I am a Master Electrician with 40 years in the trade and I enjoy teaching and helping people whenever I can so feel free to post any electrical questions to me. Check the ASHI website. www.ashi.org. There is a search engine on the home page. You can enter your zip code to find local ASHI approved inspectors. Ask them for a sample report. They can mock up a John Doe of one they previously did so you can see how thorough they are. I recommend one that takes pictures and uses a computerized program. No hand written reports. Your house is new, not much should be going wrong. Does the warranty company require an inspection? Not sure why you would do it.
