Shirley S. replied:
I'll look into going to Dr. Higgins Laura, many thanks. Elisa, I have been a patient of Dr. Dorman for almost 20 years... He isn't anything close to what he once was! I find him dismissive, and uninterested in his job. I also understand that I too would become bored with the same job after 20 years. Just time to find someone new!

look into Aveda hair products. Spa's, Hair salons and Dillard's salon sells them. Not a Black own company, but they work with our hair pretty well.

You can follow these instructions instead of the video-Slice a onion (organic if possible) in 4 pieces and boil it.Use a red onion but any onion will work, add raw honey to mask the odor, massage the juice on your scalp for 3-5 minutes then put a plastic cap on for 30-45 minutes and rinse or shampoo.I have never tried this with the honey added and I would actually skip the shampoo when using the honey and just rinse with warm water, but it's your choice.Onions contain sulfur (not sulfate) and biotin which helps your hair grow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDOzrFwZWS0
