Can anyone recommend a great OBGYN that's taking new patients, accepts BCBS PPO and don't put the patient who are not expecting at the end of the list?

Anyone that had Dr. Mickelson for OBGYN - can you give me an idea of schedule for that rotation? Trying to plan a move. Thanks.
Janet B. replied:
It's been awhile...but what I remember is a typical day/week: Monday-Friday: approx 7:30 am-4:30 pm w/ 30-45 min for lunch. He had possible surgeries on Tuesdays and Fridays and the hours on those days may chg. Mostly gyn w/ little or no ob. No on call/weekends. Great staff and overall wonderful rotation. Dr. Mic is a great teacher. You will learn a lot!
anyone do a rotation at ob/gyn associates of flint?
Chris S. replied:
I did... Dr. Moreno and the other docs in the practice are very good and were great to work with. I learned a lot. The rotation is not very "hands on". Hands-on activities were limited to measuring pregnant abdomens and doing heart tones US. I did zero pelvic exams on patients in the outpatient practice - it was observation only. I did do a few in the Labor and Delivery Triage. The rotation is a nice mix of outpatient, inpatient, deliveries, and gynecological surgery. On the whole, it was a good rotation for me.
Anyone have a First Aid OB/GYN book that I could borrow for next rotation? Or anyone that has done OB have any good suggestions for books to study with?
Thanks!
I hate to get off topic, but would like to know if any of you have good recommendations for a good women's doctor, preferably Black. Thanks in advance.
