Janelle does deep fascial release work & posture correction - sessions are 1.5 hours. I spent probably 2000 on chiro & massage and yoga... Sos Shiatsu on Site

Hi Julie Schnobb…I have 2 wonderful Restorative Yoga Teachers at my studio in Cowichan Bay, Yum Yoga & Dance Studio, 1701 Pavenham Rd. V0R 1N1. Gwen's Restoritive/ Yin class is Tues, 6:00 pm. Lindsay Collins, Therapeutic Yoga for backs, using the Back Mitra, many supportive props..Is Wed, 5:45 pm. You are welcome to come try either one. Hope that helps.

Hi Madi, at one of the places I teach yoga at there was a workshop with Liz Fraser, too bad for me i wasn't able to make it. However, on the bottom of this poster (http://www.moondancearts.ca/pdf/laughter_apr2011.pdf) is her phone number. Enjoy! Hardy har har!
