AAA moving and storage in Stockertown. Frick Transfer in Palmer(I'm not sure if they offer local moving though). Your friend is about 3 weeks late on trying to find a licensed and insured mover though. They typically always require appointments and those appointments are typically 2 weeks out. Good luck.

We had to book a month ahead. Sometimes a local uhaul or truck rental place can help you find some extra hands- you hire some people and provide the truck and they help load/unload and get paid by the hour. Depending on the area, Minute Man Movers in Hamlin (pretty far north) have helped out people I know and were great-worth a try.
