Looking for a good therapist... Hi guys, my roommate told us last night he's depressed, and has been for a while. He would go to a psychologist if he knew one, but none...

I didn't go see my therapist for the same reasons but I highly recommend the staff at a clinic called Aspirations https://www.asafeplacetogrow.ca/ Good luck

I would highly recommend [Colin Auschrat](http://rejuvenationhealth.ca/colin-auschrat-registered-psychologist/), whose office is in the west end. I went to him for couple's therapy, but our sessions also included a focus on men's depression, which is one of his specialities. Colin was an excellent therapist because he was not judgemental at all, and really understood mine and my partner's issues and could relate to them quite a bit. He never made us feel judged, and in fact really understood we were flawed people. He did hold us accountable for our actions, but in a good way.
I need a therapist or someone to talk to about my feelings. I hate telling people I know about them because they look at me differently. I am very depressed I have been...
