Talk to Cameron Chimenti with https://www.facebook.com/165003630207626 3C Guiding. I've never been on one of his clinic rides, but he's a good guy and a great rider.

Tony Jenkins (former Ride Rasmussen guide) has started his own "no BS" clinics. http://avyschool.com/product/snomo-skills-2 day/ One of the most economical clinics with one of the best. Small groups catered to you, the customer. Very Avy conscious with Mike Duffy (avalanche instructor of Avalanche1.com hired by Ski Doo to teach all of there free awareness classes across the US) as a partner and working hand in hand with the Silverton Avalanche School. No BS meaning the cost is down because it is about the riding and learning not the fansy meals and lodging.

ISO just curious if anyone knows any really good horsemanship clinics around Okotoks or Calgary?
Jamea M. replied:
At Okotoks Ag society the have 6 week group lessons with Vance Kaglea. Aprox 6 people per group. All levels and types of horses come to these lessons. Vance teaches horsemanship lessons (twice a week I think) and cutting lessons (once a week) he is one of Canada's best cowhorse trainers. Contact Dave at okotoks Ag 403-938-3256 for more info. As far as I know lessons are going Tuesday night if you just want to go watch for free and check it out.
