Best bet would be to figure out what type of food you want and then decide who you want to make it! There are lots of good Food Trucks/Caterers in town and each kind of has a niche menu. Not saying everyone can only do one thing but most of us have a particular set of skills.

Midnight Sun Catering. We used them for our wedding and they were amazing. The owner is Doug Campbell. Unfortunatley I don't have his contact info, but they run out of Zion church on Davis Road.

I dont know about catering but Kitchen Vixen does amazing cookies, Meekies lab of sweets and sweets by sharon are great local bakers and if you want to learn to make wine or have cute mini wine bottles for your guests as table decorations I'm your girl!
