I am a single mom of three in Fairbanks, with no family around, and there's no other place I'd rather call home. You can make it up here if you plan carefully. Check out the Fairbanks Native Association link above, brush up your resume, write some great cover letters. Apply there and a few other places, like Fairbanks Resource Agency and Providence Hospitality House right now, clearly stating in your cover letters that you'll be available in May. Who knows what their needs are. In any case, when you apply again next spring, they'll all remember you. Look into daycare and housing now. Set a craigslist alert for both and read all the ads. See what availability there is, watch the market. Register on Alaska Job Service https://alexsys.dol.alaska.gov/Default.aspx?C=1 Set up job alerts for some of the search criteria they have. Be as broad as possible. Regularly search the school district job openings. https://www.k12northstar.org/Page/1993 Regularly search the State job openings: http://doa.alaska.gov/dop/workplace/ Read listings, familiarize yourself with what you'd be good at, and think realistically about what your salary will be. Once you are ready to apply, you will have a lot of the language that local job listings use to work into your resume and cover letters. By the time you are ready to move, you will know whether or not you have a chance at success. Life in Alaska is beautiful and free, and worth the hard work it takes to make it here. Good luck.

Im a single mom in Fairbanks. Childcare and Rent is really hard for me.

You could work on the military base daycare drop off center in Fairbanks maybe? Look at jobs.gov and see what they are looking for and how much they pay and if it has benefits. Otherwise, some work for headstart or you could try the school district as a pre-k or kindergarten assistant if there are any openings. Many up here start their own at-home daycare. But it's hard when you never get a break like that. You gotta stay open a lot of hours many times if you are running your own. But you make a lot more.
