My coworker used [My Guys Moving](http://www.myguysmoving.com/) for his move, he said they did good work and stuck to their budget and schedule. For the piano you may want to look for a company that specializes in moving pianos, especially if it's a grand or baby grand. If you move them wrong they can be detuned or badly damaged.

I used [Two Marines Moving](http://www.twomarinesmoving.com/) this past year and they were fantastic. Fast, pretty much rounded down my time at every opportunity and were really good with handling my stuff. Also when they finished and saw me unloading my car of miscellaneous stuff I didn't want to pay them to help with they were like 'hold we got this' and ten minutes later my car was empty. Really top notch.

I used 1 guy 1 truck 1 trailer when I moved out of my condo about 5 years ago, and then again last year when I moved out my townhouse. When I moved out the condo, I had basically what you're planning on moving. Especially a big stupid heavy couch that would have been ridiculous to move on my own. http://www.1 guy1 truck1 trailer.com

I used these guys last year. http://www.afewgoodcollegemen.com/ It was the best decision I could have made. They anticipated 4-5 hours, but ended up moving me in under three hours (three hours minimum, though). This included a 65-minute drive from my old place to the new. No damage. The only sign of human intervention was a fingerprint smudge on a glass table top.
