I suggest looking at Redfin. I think you get a rebate if you use them. But I don't have a specific recommendation for a person. https://www.redfin.com/why-buy
Qlanger replied:
I'm selling my house with Redfin due to fees, or less fees that is. I have been happy but I am a low maintenance person.

Marti Burk (http://martiburk.com) is am absolutely spectacular buyer's agent. I've bought two houses with her help, and several of my friends have used her on my recommendation. She's the only agent I would even consider using, in any area she covers.

Licensed Realtor here. I work for Keller Williams in the McLean office but we focus all around Fairfax County. I work with a team which is great because we have a mix of new eager agents and very experienced older agents. I would absolutely love the opportunity to earn your business. Check us out at Browninghomesgroup.com . Highly rated, excellent customer service. Please PM me if you have any questions or if there is anything I can help you with.

Hi, I’m a realtor, and I’m happy to sit down for a consultation with you to see if I’m a good fit. I love my job, and I love helping people. But I’m also not going to sugarcoat the state of the market for you. Being a buyer/getting a house right now is tough, and it requires buyers to jump through a lot of hoops to win the bid. I enjoy helping buyers navigate that process, I just want to make sure everyone has realistic expectations from the start.
mr2157 replied:
My friend’s realtor has been their family realtor for at least 5 transactions. I recently snapped some photos for their listing and got to sit in the consultation. I know this is from the selling perspective, but I found him and his wife to be genuine. https://soldbyseven.com is his website.

Sarah Fox at McEnearny! We were first time home buyers and she was amazing - paid attention to exactly what we wanted (to the point where she became able to make calls on houses it would or wouldn't be worth us going to see) and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She was also a terrific dealmaker when it was time to pull the trigger. Highly recommend.
