Olde Towne Pet Resort (very close to Dulles) is very good and they do training. They have indoor and outdoor play spaces, agility, pools, etc. Very swanky.

We've been going to Affectionate Pet Care in Fairfax for 2 years for regular daycare and occasional boarding (first time when our golden was ~4 months old). It's crate-free boarding and they offer private training sessions. They'll ask you to bring her in for an evaluation.
