Caution. Our carpet was dirty. I called a steam cleaning carpet cleaner. They came...did their thing. Three days later I put the vacuum to a small three bedroom, living room and hall house. I've been ripped odd! My vacuum picked-up a Kroger size bag of dirt, animal hair, etc. (yes...I did vacuum before the $99 people came). I was very ticked off! Via USA mail I sent the bag of #%^>£\#%+¥ to the $99 company. They responded and explained to me that the $99 steam carpet cleaning was to remove spills and other top surface dirt..... The machine was not designed to do what my vacuum does. Thinking about what I saw, I agreed. My problem was ignorance ..... Or not knowing there is a difference between top surface steam cleaning and one that works like an industrial vacuum cleaner. CAUTION: make sure you inquire or specify what type of cleaning you want. Carpet cleaners have a name for the DEEP CLEANING that most of us need. The $99 deal is not what most people need. And, no the $99 deal is not going to remove cat pee or dog pee smell from the carpet pad..... Don't fall for that con job.... So, you probably know more about carpet cleaning than you want to know...... Just do the $99 deal and feel happy about it.

We've used Blue Sky; they were on time, did our whole house (family room, great room, study, three bedrooms, hallways and two sets of stairs) for $160 I think..... great job!
