Jesse James Leyva has helped young athletes improve time, performance, speed, agility, balance, coordination, endurance etc etc. Also helping a number of our youth earn athletic scholarships. JJF is the type of place that can help with youth training for confidence, muscle gain and safe form while they grow or improve athletic performance in their preferred sport. There are many benefits of having a Personal Trainer work one on one with our young adolescence. Stop in and have a consultation to see how Jesse James Fit can fit your needs-it's free.

Ryan Akers at Elite Fitness and Nutrition. He is a FM graduate and state champion wrestler who works with athletes in all sports. He will work with your son on specific conditioning for his sport, and more importantly teach him the right way to work out. He is not going to just try and pack muscle weight, your son will gain speed and agility as well. My 3 rd son goes to him now and I equate a ton of my older ones success to him.

Driven Elite Fitness & Health is opening in the Fieldhouse in Grapevine Mills Mall in the next few weeks. Some of the same people from Velocity in Coppell are involved with this gym. There will be different group classes for all ages of kids in the afternoons that are all encompassing workouts. Www.drivenelite.net. There is a location in Southlake he could start at until the new gym opens.

Does anybody know the name of the driving school that is in the parking lot with whole foods and Plato's closet? Has anybody used them? What did you think?
Alia K. replied:
We started parent taught....go with Vista Ridge. We liked them and they provided all the paperwork and certificates you need to proceed.
We need to schedule our soon to be (Jan) 16 year old's driving test. Anyone used Vista Ridge Driving school to do the actual driving skills exam instead of DMV? Thoughts?
Melissa M. replied:
We used Green Light and loved it. I think its cheaper.
Looking for a local driving school for my son. I have heard mixed reviews about the local schools. Any suggestions??? I am not interested in online...Thanks!
