P.E. Little place next to Enzo's in Parker Square. Private and never crowded, Nick is degreed in kinesiology, studies yoga and does some kickboxing. Prices a bit below market, too.

Jesse James Fit offers great incentives for couples to work out together. I’d look into that and see if they still offer. Can’t ask for a better gym that produces great results and people from all walks of life. Great spot and highly recommended!

Highly recommend Blue Anjou in Lewisville - they have a beginner series which is EXCELLENT if you are new to yoga (or haven't been practicing for a while), and many great classes to choose from.

Trietsh Methodist church has free classes. Not sure of the full schedule, but I know there is a 10 am on Wed. The instuctor is certified and she also does camp gladiator.
Does anyone know a studio that has yoga classes for kids. My daughter is 8 years old. Looks like Yogi Kids only have one on Saturdays at 11 which conflicts with another...
