Can anybody recommend a good Mexican restaurant in Madison? Preferably in the State Street/Orpheum area, but not opposed to traveling a little if it's worthy!

Taqueria Guadalajara on park st. As authentic as you will get. They are fairly priced. It looks like a pink house on the outside and kinda crappy on the inside. Best Mexican food you can get!

The Blind Horse in Kohler, you will not be disappointed. They have their own winery as well. By far some of the best food we've had in the state. Very eclectic menu too, I know Jen would love it, totally renovated old farmhouse. We are going at the end of the month again

Jakes Supper Club in Brookfield just off capitol drive east of Hwy 64. totally my favorite! Only A 45 minute drive. You would love it. Especially the mountain of shaved onion rings. Give it a try
