I always use [Rover's Ranch](http://roversranchfortcollins.com) for my 3 goldens. They are super friendly and the dogs have a great time. I don't know if they have a minimum age, but I would imagine that 13 weeks is old enough.

I don't know if camp bow wow will take them that young, and they have to do a trial day, but I just had a great experience with them. My dog stayed for two weeks and at one point got sick (she has a weak stomach, not bow wows fault), and they took her to the vet free of charge. Helped me and kept me informed during every step, and took really good care of her. They have a lot of dogs generally, but I think they treat them very well.
