Oh I swear by placenta encapsulation! I did it and only had ONE day of "baby blues" with Lake and it was the day I came home from the hospital - without her. She was in the NICU for 70 days and I didn't experience a moment of blues. It could have been survival mode and adrenaline, but I swear that placenta helped! Awesome Maury about harris allowing photogs in the OR. My dear family friend Becky Johnston works in labor and delivery at Harris and she has been crucial in guiding me along the path of having to switch docs from Baylor to Harris. Friends in L&D rock! I never would have even thought to ask about photogs in the OR though. Thanks for the thought Arden!

There are several amazing locals that I would recommend. Natasha Hance, a sacred project, Ceci Jane and more. I think it's beautiful and love seeing Edie's story all over again. I am sure there are more talents out there than I realize! It's tough work because you have to be able to leave in a moments notice... And once you have a lot of kiddos you need help with their schedules and babysitting.
