Sidamo Coffee shop in Maple Lawn. Taco Bell on Snowden River. Msg Hannah on Kids Consignment - she knows it ALL. And, we have a lot of girl clothes and kids toys for you...

Kids Consignment- Greenberries off Snowden River Pkwy (Adult consignment is in Cherry Tree Shopping Center near Hunan House...best Chinese around IMO) Grocery- Food Lion off 216 and 29 or Wise in Laurel off 216 Gym- Lifetime fitness is better than Columbia Association; but for an inexpensive gym I used to go to Planet Fitness off RT40 Taco Bell- off Snowden River Pkwy (also a Pizza Hut and Burger King in there)

You can get workout plans on bodybuilding.com website. A while back when I was looking for stuff people suggested that for me. I've also heard good things about this plan http://bodyforlife.com/library/exercise/weight-training. Haven't done either yet. Can't get motivated to get to the gym
