Not sure if Glenelg is too far, but you can call and talk to Dan at American Fitness Express at 410-489-9556 and see what he can do for a short term membership. He doesn't require any commitment & has several college students that use the gym just for the summer. If you go tell him I sent you! Not that I get anything, LOL, but he trains me.

Check Gym Source in Columbia. I don't know if their stuff is refurbished but they do sell their floor models so you may get a good deal on them or end of season clearances.
