This is Skip, I used Fredericksburg Orthaepdedic Associates, namely Dr. Brian McDermott, he did my hip and Dr. Zejerdi did the tendon in my bicep, both are doing awesome and playing softball and working out 3 times a week! How's that for a sales pitch! LOL

Dr Zjerdi is excellent. Tristan had a bad sprained ankle from soccer and he worked wonders on him and has a good physical therapist he recommends.

I highly recommend Dr. ToughItUp, but he'll probably just recommend some Crylenol and send you home in a wambulance. No seriously I'm sorry you're hurt I hope you get better soon.
