Erin L. replied:
Thanks everyone! We are currently at Gahanna Primary Care. I like my Dr and the office staff are very pleasant. It's just every time I've called lately I sit on hold. It can say there are no calls ahead of me and I still sit on hold for 10+ minutes before the phone is even answered. I think it was last week or the week before it took 20 mins to talk to someone, it drives me nuts! Today their answering service covered their phones for the first hour they were open. I was just hoping there were other practices that felt more accessible.
Alyssa H. replied:

Family Physicians of Gahanna, Dr. John Tyznik is great, very patient and respects your opinion about your care. Also, their office has Urgent Care built into the services. Their hours are fantastic too. They are part of COPC, so you can theoretically see the doctors at their other offices.
