Try homevets.org Sorry you have to do this. There used to be a page called housecallvets.org but it looks like it no longer exists. Hopefully you can find one local. This is what we plan to do when the time comes :(

We had to use Summit veterinary referral services off 80 th and Hosmer. They were so caring and helpful. It is clean and calming. They had to put our furry friend to sleep. For such an awful experience they made it bare able.
