Marianne Cox Bring a yoga mat and a water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers if you can you might start off chilled but you WILL most definitely warm-up. Socks & shoes not needed.

East Lansing Hot Yoga has $5 drop in a few days a week and even a free drop in on Saturday's. The Pump House in East Lansing used to have free classes, I haven't gone in a while but I'm pretty sure they still do.
Ledge's Sweat Shop has yoga that's aimed for all levels and ages. They have lots of other classes to offer too. They are great!

Maggie Maier Olds and Janine Bensinger Runyon at Ledge's Sweat Shop are great! Maggie has class tonight at 6 pm, Saturday at 10 am, Thursday 12/29 at 6 pm and Saturday 12/31 at 10 am and all are free to show her appreciation to everyone who comes! Great time to try it out!
MO's Sweat Shop...Sunday at 5:15 pm is our beginning class! We also have a Restorative Movement class for Seniors that works on strength and stretching!!
