There is Red Brick, YMCA, and Bethlehem Commuties that offer yoga classes in Ligonier. Moon Glow and Red Brick Yoga are the only yoga studios in Greensburg JG Yoga and Wellness is the only Yoga and Wellness Studio in Latrobe. Yoga on 3rd and Yoga Flow is in Irwin.

Rebecca Flagler.. HIGHLY recommend JG Yoga and Wellness! Super welcoming atmosphere, wonderful educated teachers, excellent instruction and a very warm welcome to new students! It's very convenient (right on 981 in Latrobe). You really can't go wrong here, if you're looking for something in Latrobe. I'm taking my teacher training here, and all of the instructors are great!:)

Melaine Maxino is the instructor and she is amazing! Stop by tonight 7:00-8:00 pm (and every Monday night) for the class! It is only $5 to drop in! If you have a yoga mat, bring it! If not, Melaine always has extra. We also have other fitness classes offered at the studio. I teach Hip Hop & Sweat It Off on Tuesdays 7:45-8:30 pm. Hope to see you there!!:)

I’ve gone to Hot Yoga at Moonglow and really enjoyed it. The studio is super clean and the staff is friendly. They have a variety of classes and times too!

Hempfield Recreation offers classes to both residents and non residents, new sessions will start in January. Check their website for info. Penny is great and this class is perfect for beginners! Not sure if she still does, but Penny was teaching classes at St Bruno's church in Greensburg Tues and Thurs evening for around $5 a class.

We offer Prenatal Yoga at Satya Yoga in Greensburg. The class is taught by Michelle Keenan, the only Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher in Greensburg, PA. Satya Yoga's prenatal class currently meets on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm. Private pre-natal lessons are also available. It is! Definitely the best for a beginner. You won't feel competition and they're not snobby. Another option that many people don't know about.. At 6:00-7 Tues & Thurs in the church basement of St Bruno's a lady named Penne does yoga. She's good too and it's only $5. But for the whole "yoga experience" I'd try Yoga on Third first. (I love their outdoor yoga in the summertime!) Namaste
