I (and a few others) are trained to teach a trauma-sensitive yoga class for PTSD at Move Yoga & Fitness in Monroeville. If that's not in your area, I can always offer a private class or group private.

The A&C office in Edgewood has yoga classes most Sat AMs and you can drop in and pay something like $11 or pay for multiple sessions with a discount. I haven't done or with this teacher but did attend in the past. The office can give you the time. Their number is 412-244-7750.
