The climbing gym by Lev Hamifratz is the "boulder" (http://www.boulder.co.il/). It's a reasonable walk from the Cinemall / Check-Post / Lev Hamifratz. Been there twice and I think it's by far the best place to climb around Haifa (plus they have dressing rooms and , I think, a shower).

LOL. The technion has plenty of treadmills and bikes, as well as workout machines and dumbbells. BUT I just looked it up, and the women only hours are Sun and Tue 23:30-1:00, this is their website http://technion-gym.com/ good luck!

I can strongly recommend the Holistic Yoga Center (Merkaz Yoga Holistit) on Wedgewood in Merkaz Hacarmel. The instructor is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had.
