Locusts Grove Pedricitcs! Dr Mynatt is awesome, has been seeing my 27 weeker (now 2) since we left the NICU. And ALL his staff (patty, Shannon, Whitney) are very knowledgeable and attentive. Sorry for your horrible experience.

Callie Suzanne Poplin go to Southern Cresent Pediatrics. They specialize in special needs children. Also call and make the EEG appointment yourself. With the experience I've had with family members this can be controlled and fixed and hopefully not have to take medication for a long period of time. Praying for you and your daughter.

I pick them because 20 years ago they were the only drs in the area that used Childrens Health Care. I love it there. Not in love with the new NP but we just don't see her. They almost always give you a choice as to how to see. I use Dr.Krider & Dr. Astacio over 20 years ago. When they were in prac. together in Forest Park. They awful I would have to wait 8 hrs. Sometimes. I took my newborn in, waited 8 hrs to be seen & I was told babies do things. So the next day took her to another dr. They addmitted her to Children's she was having seizures from a virus.

I haven't had any problems with Southern Cresent Pediatrics. They have jump though hoops for me and my oldest has Asthma and is ADHD. The only thing I have a problem with is they are always busy which tells me that they have to be doing something right because everyone goes to them. Just my opinion.

Very touchy subject with me. In 1997 Dr. Bill Colvin of Griffin Pediatric Clinic treated my daughter for constipation for well over 2 months. When we went back for the 4 th or 5 th time with My daughter in extreme pain, I had to demand he send us to Egleston. Which he finally did. After comprehensive test, my daughter, Danielle Leigh Dunn was diagnosed with 4 th stage Neuroblastoma (cancer). She went into remission after about 6 months aggressive chemo and radiation. But when she relapsed of the disease, she could not take the aggressive treatment again and died on May 9 th, 2001 in my arms at Egleston. The only thing I'm saying here is no matter who your child's pediatrician is, remember these doctors look for routine illnesses. It's up to you as a parent to know when its time to look beyond a routine illness and demand more test. Who knows, if Danielle could've had access to Egleston earlier with her disease in the 1 st or 2 nd stage, she might still be with us today. No way of knowing. All i know is after my belief he failed our daughter, I never heard one word from Colvin. And no, I didn't try and sue him.

Sunnyside pediatrics is great!!! My girls have been seeing Dr. P for 8 yrs and love her. She is very thorough and never in a hurry to get patients in and out as I experienced with other pediatricians. Good luck!!

I have 5 children and Dr. McBryde has been a wonderful pediatrician. I have never not been able to get in same day for a sick visit.

Love Dr. Cousin an Dr. Lee at Griffin pediatrics!!!! They have called just to check on my babies and the office is good about getting same day appointments if they are sick.

I would NOT recommend Griffin Pediatrics. My cousin had strep throat, and we needed to take him immediately, and Griffin pediatrics said it would be 2 Weeks before they could see him. We take willow to Coker. Love him!

Just a side note.. everyone is going to have horror stories/success stories with each doctor/practice. Every person is different in what they are looking for. With my first, I started at Griffin Pediatrics and then left and went to Fayetteville.. my second was a preemie (born at Spalding Regional) and I stayed with Griffin Pediatrics with him, as they have been wonderful. Just a thought.

Doc Coker is the best!

We use Griffin Pediatrics and I find it very frustrating that if you have a sick child you must first leave a voicemail for a nurse and then wait on the nurse to call back. They won't schedule an appt. until you have spoken with the nurse. The only reason I haven't changed is because I love Dr. Cousin.

My kids go to Sunnyside Pediatrics and we like it there. Smaller practice and the doctors remember the kids individually.

I wouldn't recommend Dr cousins at all especially if you're having a girl. My friend uses coker.. said he's good. Shanna Croft. I don't have a ped in griffin i trust. I use south atl peds. Dr ahn best ped ever using for almost 13 years. After leaving griffin peds

Dr. Coker is kind and caring to my friends children. But i use Dr. Goza and Dr. Muntzel in Fayette and wouldnt take my kids anywhere else. Hope this helps!

I get referrals so easy from doc Coker! Cat scans . Marcus institute ect when ever I ask. BC he believe s as the momma u know best and if ur that worried he's worried.

We take the girls to Dr. Mynatt, Locust Grove Pediatrics. He's been great to us. with Rebecca's asthma and both ADHD we couldn't go without him.

Tri-County Pediatrics in Riverdale. Pam has been going to them for 5 yrs and I love them.

We love dr. Regina Justice in Newnan. She is well worth the drive. We left ABC about two years ago for several reasons. They tried to charge us a huge amount for our kid's records as well. I had so many bad experiences with that practice. We had constant issues them not calling back, losing paper work, and my kids were misdiagnosed several times. I actually had the phone nurse yell at me. That was the breaking point for us. My new doc called and requested the records for me. That was really helpful. We absolutely love our new pediatrician!

My daughter loves to go to Locust Grove Ped. Dr. Mynatt is a man but we love both of the female PAs.

My daughter goes to Stockbridge Pediatrics to see Dr. Marixie Lanore-Gilraine. She is amazing. Definitely recommend her!
