I need a handyman! My list is too long to address but it's time

Not a "handyman" per say, but try Abel at Artisan Quality Builders. Abel's first job for us was repairing some wood, reattaching a storm door that had blown off and putting lattice around porch. Then he had one of his guys repair the ceiling in the kitchen. He's put on a roof for us and done replacement windows. I highly recommend him. Check with him http://artisanqualitybuilders.com

Dave Clark(919) 427-6207 does great work. Sounds like you have a leak which needs to fixed before replacing ceiling drywall.

I am looking for a small jobs handyman who can remove the wood trim surrounding one of the screens on our screened porch, replace the screen, and replace the wood trim...

If it is just one screen panel it may be hard to find someone to do the job. If it is only one panel and not that high off the ground, you could remove the trim carefully, buy a roll of screen and a heavy duty stapler and fix it it for around $40. Start stapling from the top then one staple on the left, then one on the right, back and forth until the bottom. Keep the screen pulled taut as you go. Then reattach the trim with galvanized trim nails (so they dont rust) around $5. Otherwise you could try homeadvisor.com or thumbtack.com

Dave at East Coast Electrical replaced our light in our two story foyer. They have a portable scaffolding system that they use to quickly and safely replace the Light. They did a great job and I recommend them.
We think we may have a problem with where our dryer vent comes out on our roof. Anyone know of anyone (roofer or handyman?) that will go on our roof to check it out?
